Who we are
Digital Solutions Namibia designs and builds websites for Namibian and international businesses. This policy explains what we do with the information you choose to send us.
What we collect
When you complete our consultation form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), the package range you selected and your project message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we also hold that conversation and your WhatsApp number.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you request. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our secure project database, which is not publicly readable and is accessible only to authorised members of our team through a password-protected admin area. WhatsApp messages are held in WhatsApp under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp at +264 81 815 3499 and we will respond as soon as we can.
Cookies
This website uses only the technical storage needed to load pages and keep our admin area signed in. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
