Using this website
This site presents our services and portfolio. The information here is provided in good faith for general guidance and does not form a binding offer on its own.
Enquiries and quotes
Package ranges shown on this site are indicative starting points in Namibian Dollars. The final scope, price and timeline for your project are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
Project work
Each project is governed by the quote and scope we agree with you, including what is included, the number of revision rounds and the delivery schedule. Timelines assume timely feedback and content from your side.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote or invoice. Work may be paused where agreed payments are outstanding.
Content you provide
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other material you give us for your project, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final website design and content delivered for your project. We keep ownership of our internal tools, components and templates, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment providers or WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.
